Our Challenge
How do we get more women in leadership roles? So many women leave science, technology, and other innovative industries due to lack of support, growth opportunities, or community.
How do we support women founders who want to make change and impact in innovative industries? Funding opportunities are dismal and access to resources often have barriers such as cost or lack of network.
Here’s the plan…
WE provide workshops and programs at varying costs to make them accessible for women who want to continue making an impact in innovation (science, technology, etc.).
Women are 50% of the population yet we aren’t being heard. Our voices are not being recognized and our contributions are dismissed or forgotten.
As an organisation, we want to create a community where no one ever has to feel alone. A community that offers support and information when you need it. WE will also create spaces where our voices are heard through our events, conferences, and podcast.
WE cannot leave out our male allies. We invite men to our events to share knowledge & show their support.

WE Rise Sessions
Join our weekly WE Rise Sessions, Friday mornings where we discuss the challenges we face both personally and professionally. We take the time to support each other, cheer each other on, and provide information to move forward.
We are returning in mid-May!
WE Make Trouble Events
Our Founder events are developed to help our female founders accelerate their business. Deep dive sessions, hackathons, networking events, and everything in between to help our female founder continue to make trouble and impact in the world!
