Shea Harty

Shea Harty is an executive director of Empowerment Foundation, which is dedicated to elevating overlooked communities into fulfilling careers and advocating for workplace equality. Her guidance helps businesses embrace diversity and create spaces where all can thrive. She is an experienced business & executive coach focusing on growth and mindset transformation.

Shea has more than two decades of experience in human resources, cross-cultural communication, digital transformation, and engagement. She has worked alongside numerous international corporations, advising them on how to cultivate inclusive work cultures. She is often employed to create, improve, and scale Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programmes, as well as sustainable employability programmes and how to handle organisational restructuring.

She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and advertising from Saint John’s University and earned a Juris Doctorate in US law from Whittier Law School.
